Semiconductor Manufacturing: Front-End Process

This presentation will review the semiconductor manufacturing process, an overview of high-level process flow and a simple device structure. 


We'll introduce defect metrology, defect classification, and Control. We'll review the process control methods, SPC, OOC screening, and Cp CpK. Finally, we'll go over the Final Test methods and Yield Analysis…. high-level concepts only.

Current: Customer quality Interface for ATV products for Tier-1 and OEM customers. Drive Quality issues to completion, ensure 8-D and other Quality support is provided to the customer in a timely fashion. Ensure Infineon Quality Metrics are met for all customer's needs.
